The Garrett Ranch is located in north central Wichita County on the north side of SH 240, less than 2 miles south of the Red River, 7 miles west of Burkburnett, 12 miles north of Iowa Park, 25 miles northwest of Wichita Falls and approximately 2 hours northwest of Dallas/Ft. Worth.
