This is a clean productive farm that offers outstanding hunting. It's located a short 15 minute drive west of Wichita Falls on the north side of Hwy 258 near the community of Kamay.

The land is primarily farmland broken up into several small fields. Most of the fields have tree lined barriers that offer great cover for hunting. A portion of the property can be flood irrigated if desired. A local farmer currently leases the farming. If continued this could be an income source to a new buyer.
