The Mataska Ranch is located in northwestern Clay County, 11 miles north of Henrietta and 20 miles east of Wichita Falls. It has frontage on the north side of Mathews Road and the west side of N. Oliver Road, both being all weather gravel paved roads. This ranch offers a good balance of open pasture and wooded land. The western side is comprised of a 65 acre Klein grass field and a 21 acre cultivated field, historically planted in winter wheat. These two fields are great for hay production and/or cattle grazing. The cultivated field could also be used as a food plot or a dove field to attract wildlife. The eastern side along the road frontage is all moderate to heavily wooded native pasture with scattered open areas.
