Electricity is available immediately southwest of the property. There are no water wells on the property, but there are several wells in the immediate area. Well water should not be difficult to locate.
No minerals available and there is no existing production on the property.
This property is part of a larger ranch that is being sub-divided. The sizes range from 26 acres to 97 acres and price per acre ranges from $3,795 up to $4,950. The Seller will consider dividing or combining tracts on a case by case basis. Site sizes are estimated and is to be determined by a new survey.
Seller will consider giving a $5,000 credit at closing towards the construction of a new pond.
