The Swanson Ranch is located in both Wichita and Wilbarger Counties, south of Electra and west of Wichita Falls. It has great access with frontage on FM 2326, Swanson Ranch Road and Bradley Ranch Road. It's entire south and the majority of the west boundary adjoins the famous 550k acre Waggoner Ranch. Off Swanson Ranch Road on the east central portion of the ranch are two workshops with attached equipment sheds. The road system throughout the ranch is well maintained and adequate to navigate throughout the property.
